Is this legal? Can I sell food from my home?

WCT operates in line with New Jersey cottage food guidelines. We recommend all chefs review local regulations before listing. We're not a restaurant platform — we're a neighbour-to-neighbour community.

How do I get paid as a chef?

Your earnings go into your WCT wallet instantly after each order. Spend them on other chefs' food for free, or transfer to your bank account (a small 2–3% fee applies).

Is the food safe?

Every chef discloses allergens on their listing. We encourage all chefs to follow safe food handling practices. Foodies can rate every dish — keeping quality high.

How do I pick up my order?

Your order confirmation includes a QR code. At pickup, scan the QR code on the chef's door — or the chef can show you their QR on their phone. Simple as that.
